Next Day Delivery is not available when ordering on a Saturday, Saturday orders will be delivered on the Monday.

Unfortunately this service is not currently available in the Channel Islands. Orders for Northern Ireland and AB postcodes will take an extra day to arrive. Highlands and Islands take up to 5 working days after the nominated day selected.

To track your order you will need your tracking number which is located on your dispatch confirmation email.

If you have not received your parcel after 2 weeks please contact our Customer Care team.

FAQs

What time will my order arrive?
Unfortunately we are not able to allocate a specific time slot for deliveries. Hermes,or our Standard Delivery couriers deliver between the hours of 7am and 7pm. Yodel, our Nominated Day Delivery couriers deliver between 7am and 9pm, during busier periods they can sometimes deliver later in the evening.

Do I need to be home for my delivery?
No. A signature is requested however if you are not in our couriers will leave your parcel in a secure location at your property or with a neighbour. The courier will leave a card to notify you where your parcel has been left or to explain how to rearrange delivery. Your order will be held at your local depot for 5 days prior to being returned to us for a refund.
If you wish to collect your parcel from a Yodel depot (Next Day and Nominated Day only) contact Yodel via its online tracking system. You will need to present two forms of identification when collecting your order, one photographic (passport or driving licence) and one proof of name and address (utility bill or similar).

Can someone else pick my order up from Store?
Yes. If you would like someone else to collect the parcel on your behalf, they will either need proof of your identity or identification with the same surname as yours.

Can I change my delivery address?
Unfortunately we cannot cancel an order or change a delivery address once the parcel has been dispatched.

Do you deliver on a bank holiday?
No. Orders placed during a bank holiday period will take an extra working day to arrive.

I have a problem with my order/tracking?
Please contact Customer Care via a support ticket, quoting your reference number, full name, billing address and telephone number. An initial reply will be sent within 24 hours. Alternatively message our Customer Care team on our Facebook Page  9am-9pm Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm Sat-Sun. 


Can I track my Collect From Store Standard delivery?
Unfortunately we are not able to track standard collect from store orders. 

I paid with PayPal, what do I need to Collect From Store?
Please bring either a printed copy f the purchase or the card that is linked to your PayPal account.

International Shipping - Do I have to pay import duties and taxes?
All orders are still shipped from the UK and customers will be responsible for paying any applicable import duties and taxes. Charges are based on the contents of the order. Customers are advised to contact their local customs office for current import regulations.

Can I nominate a day for my delivery outside of the UK?
Unfortunately, Nominated Day Delivery is not available at this time for international destinations. 

 

Returns & Exchanges Policy

Extended returns

Returns to store are currently unavailable, but we will welcome returns for in-store purchases up to 14 days after our store reopen. For online orders, we have extended our returns period to within 30 days of receipt.

Returning Your Item by Royal Mail - Free

Easy Exchanges:
Need a different size, color or pattern? Have a hassle-free exchange as long as it is in stock.UK orders only within 30 days of receipt.

1. Start a return by contacting us via a support ticket or message us on our Facebook Page

2. Simply repack your item(s) along with the dispatch note. 

3. Print your Royal Mail return label at home & affix to the front of the parcel, alternatively most Post Offices will be able to print the label for you when you show your return confirmation email.

4. Refunds are processed within 10 days* of posting your return. Please note it may take 2-3 days for the refund to appear in your account.

Please ask the Post Office for your proof of posting certificate (receipt) and retain it for your reference.

*During sale or peak times your refund could take up to 14 days, and it may take longer to show on your bank statement, depending on your bank's processing time.

Please Note:

  • Purchase (except lingerie,swimwear and final sale) can be returned or exchanged within 30 days from the delivered date.
  • Items must be unused, undamaged and in original packaging with all the original labels ,ensure that all articles in the package are intact ! If not, the buyer is responsible for all incurred fees and no refund will be issued.
  • Items that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.
  • If returning the items, please inquiring customers service to acquire returns address.
  • Kind reminder: Any addresses on the parcel are not approved as the return address.
  • Returned package without an authorized return address from customer service representatives will not be refunded or exchanged

Purchase Not Eligible for Return

  • Final sale item(s) is not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Lingerie and swimwear are not eligible for return or exchange.
  • Lingerie and swimwear can only be returned/exchanged if it is defective/damaged or wrong item.
  • You must email us a picture showing the problem/defect after submitting the return/exchange request online.

Order Cancellation

Your order will be fully refunded if it’s cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. Please submit a help ticket from Contact Us if you decide to cancel the order.

For orders cancelled after 24 hours of purchase but before shipment, a 20% cancellation fee is applied. We will NOT accept order cancellation request if the order have already been shipped.
